CrossFit classes are conducted as a group led by a certified instructor and lasting approximately one hour. A typical class follows a structure that consists of essentially three components:

The WOD is based on a series of exercises performed back-to-back in a high intensity, circuit style of training. 

  • Warm-up & mobility

  • Instruction & practice of the day’s movements

  • Performing the WOD (Workout of the Day)

  • Stretching & cool down


WHAT TO EXPECT?

Foundations sessions are scheduled indivudally and are done 1 on 1
