CrossFit is a program designed for EVERYONE. 

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition.  You do not have to be fit to start CrossFit.

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

At it's core, Crossfit is the following:

  • Constantly Varied - Everyday we do different workouts. No two days are the same. This allows our athletes to be well rounded in all facets of movement and fitness.

  • Functional Movement - We focused on movements that matter. We are focused on full body movements. For example - Squatting, jumping, lifting, etc.

  • Performed at High Intensity - High Intensity is the key, but we all know that intensity is relative to your physical abilities. Our workouts are timed or measured in such a way that you can track your fitness as it improves. We focus on safety first, technique second, and then, once we have those two, then we focus on intensity.

We make it easy for you. We follow the 3 step process below to introduce you to Crossfit and ease you into a class setting. Our programs are designed to ensure that you have a safe and fun experience as you start or continue your fitness journey.
