Customized program designed for those who are looking to establish strong healthy habits OR experienced folks looking for personalized nutrition guidance. 

Weekly 15-30 min check-ins to discuss your goals and progress to help you build confidence to achieve your goals.

1 or 2 mid week text/email checks to keep you on track and accountable.

Access to a group for all participants that will include tips for a healthy lifestyle, as well as additional support from fellow participants.

Designed for those who are looking for basic support and accountability with their health.

I am a mother of two little boys who have lots of energy! I am also a physician assistant, long term group fitness instructor and fitness enthusiast. In 2021 I became a CrossFit Coach, which has been an amazing journey for my health and fitness.

After joining CrossFit Coordinate and tackling my own eating habits through a series of different lifestyle improvements, I have improved my strength and conditioning, and lost a total of 60 lbs and successfully kept it off for the last year.
